Regenerative Leaders co-create reciprocal relationships that manifest ever greater levels of vitality, wellbeing, abundance, and prosperity—i.e., thrivability. Regenerative Leaders are transformational change agents who catalyze the perpetuation of health and wellbeing in the individuals, communities, and systems they affect and are part of. Regenerative Leaders understand that their influence reaches across many scales of space and time; they think and act systemically for the greater good of all life.

 

The Regenerative Leadership Program (RLP) develops capacities in individuals to catalyze beneficial transformation across scales and sectors that are desperately needed right now. Regeneration is the process through which life perpetuates itself in increasingly higher levels of vitality, abundance, and prosperity—i.e., thrivability. It is the process through which creative Source energy manifests into physical form. Throughout RLP, you will learn how to work with the process of regeneration and with life’s principles to manifest thrivability across scales of space and time. You will experience and synergize profound inner and outer shifts necessary to manifest your own transformative regeneration and then catalyze it in the systems you are a part of. You will network with others on this path for even more powerful leverage and transformation of systems. You will become an agent of regenerative transformation. You will become a Regenerative Leader and create regenerative networks.

 

It is time to step into our potential as regenerative forces on earth and co-create abundance, prosperity, and thrivability for all life. Earth and all her life, as a whole living system that we call Gaia, is at a tipping point. Continuing on the current trajectory will result in the continued degeneration of major life-creating and life-supporting systems to the extent that Gaia will transform to a drastically different and inhospitable state. Gaia’s life and landscapes have already been decimated due to human activities, and inequity and injustice continue to increase. It is time for humans to heal the wounds that false illusions of separation have created—resulting in fear, anger, violence, destruction, and degeneration—and manifest the vitality, abundance, and prosperity that is the birthright of all life. You can lead this healing. The Regenerative Leadership Program enables you to lead this transformation to thrivability in your family, community, workplace, city, and beyond.

 

Throughout RLP, you will learn and implement the revolutionary Regenerative Community Development (RCD) Framework©, the 9 Regenerative Leadership Principles, and the 3-step Regenerative Leadership Process created by Dr. Leah Gibbons to enable people to be regenerative agents of transformation. Dr. Gibbons created these innovative methodologies, tools, and technologies after more than 25 years of research and practice in fields as diverse yet interrelated as ecology, evolutionary biology, sustainability, quantum and unified field physics, psychology, holistic health, community development, design, planning, leadership development, spirituality, shamanism, and more. These frameworks provide specific guidance to support individuals and communities in aligning with the processes and principles of Source manifesting as healthy living systems. Through these frameworks and RLP, participants become forces for mutually beneficial, life-enhancing unfoldment of Source and Spirit in the world.

 

RLP addresses both the inner and outer shifts necessary for regeneration. What we see in the world is a reflection of us, and what is in the world also affects us in an ontological feedback loop. Therefore, we must work on the inner aspects of existence even as we work on the outer aspects of existence. Crucially, no changes in the outer aspects of existence persist without an accompanying foundation in the inner aspects of existence. Inner aspects include who we are at our core (and getting in touch with that “true self”), our consciousness, perspectives, beliefs, values, etc. Outer aspects include our behaviors, language, creations, social systems, etc.

 

During RLP and beyond, you will experience profound inner shifts that support accompanying outer shifts, and vice-versa, for holistic regeneration. You will learn to see and feel the connectedness of all life and know where, when, and how to make changes in inner and outer aspects to manifest what new and higher life wants to express. You will learn to allow Source to flow through you to manifest thrivability.

 

STRUCTURE

​

RLP certification is a 20-week long program. Many materials and exercises are provided to you in advance so you may incorporate them into your intellectual, experiential, embodied, emotional, and spiritual understandings. Some components of the course will be presented live so you can gain the most benefit from them. We meet once/week for two hours remotely, except for the Intensive, to discuss, clarify, and deepen learning and understanding. As a co-learning community, we bring our unique perspectives to support group regeneration.

 

There is a one-week Intensive during week 15 designed to facilitate deep, profound inner shifts necessary for this way of being in the world, integrate RLP material, and move into the next phase of our transformative becoming. The Intensive is a sacred experience in which we deeply connect with our true selves, each other, Gaia (Earth), and Spirit. Intensives are held in beautiful, nature-filled retreat communities that immerse you in an environment where it is easier to connect deeply and flow Source. You experience comfortable accommodations, nurturing facilitators, delicious and nutritious organic food, and daily Remembering and Reconnecting Experiences. Remembering and Reconnecting Experiences include nature-based rituals, embodied experiences, shamanic practices, sacred ceremonies, holistic health and leadership coaching, and more as appropriate.

 

In addition to the profound inner transformations you will undergo, the leadership capacities you will develop to catalyze thriving communities, the networks you will develop to support your work, and the continued support that will be offered to you for taking part in this program, you will also create a tangible product that will help you powerfully step into your leadership roles in a regenerative way. This product will be tailored to suit your needs and could include a written document (e.g., business plan, project plan), video, community design, work of art—use your imagination!

 

Throughout and beyond RLP, you will embody and manifest the 9 Principles of Regenerative Leadership:

1. Spirit: we experience and embody Source and Spirit working through us

2. Wholeness: work in and create whole systems, not parts

3. Consciousness: develop and create holistic thinking and worldviews

4. Potential: manifest unique potential and essence for place-based innovation, new life, and health (potential-focused, not profit- or problem-focused)

5. Grow Regenerative Capacity: enable viability, vitality, evolutionary capacity in human and non-human components of systems

6. Add Value: contribute to the healthier functioning and vitality of the individuals, communities, and systems we affect and are part of

7. Create Guilds: create reciprocal relationships that contribute to a healthier, more vital whole

8. Shift Nodal Leverage Points: identify and shift systemic leverage points to increase systemic health and wellbeing

9. Development: continual inner and outer development of self and other

 

You will embark upon the 3-step Regenerative Leadership Process:

 

Step 1: Remember

To help people remember who we really are at a spiritual level, we implement shamanic and spiritual practices that have been used throughout human history. These practices are proven to shift our consciousness to experience more spiritual dimensions. They include breathwork, sound, movement, meditation, sacred ceremonies, and more.

 

Step 2: Reconnect

In our disconnected, fragmented society, we need to reconnect with ourselves, each other, and the rest of life. Remembering is an excellent start to this on-going process. In our everyday lives, we can support Reconnection in a variety of ways including time spent in nature, animistic and shamanic rituals and practices, deep conversations, conscious eating, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and more. You will lean many ways to Reconnect and practice them throughout RLP.

 

Step 3: Regenerate

Using the Regenerative Community Development Framework© developed by Dr. Gibbons, you will learn and experience applying your Remembrance and Reconnection to the communities and living systems you are a part of and influence. In addition to the group process and journey we will embark upon together, you will have several one-on-one sessions with our skilled facilitators to help you more fully step into your unique regenerative leadership role.
